Workshop on the Market for Corporate Control Regulation and Corporate Governance Issues
The European M&A market is now widely recognized as one of the major channels by which economic resources are (re)allocated inside the European economy. In this framework, the 2004 revision of the EC Merger Regulation and the adoption of the Thirteenth Directive are major events. They have shaped a new legal environment for the European M&A market. These are the reasons why the CORE Institute and the IAG Louvain School of Management of the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and the Ecole des Affaires of the Université de Lille 2 (France) have decided to organize a one day workshop dedicated to the “Regulation of the European Market for Corporate Control and Corporate Issues”.
